ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love the feel of your new bedding. If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for items purchased on our site or at any of our retail locations within 5 business days of direct purchase or 5 business days from the date of delivery. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. The best way to move forward for an “exchange” is to initiate a return for your original items and repurchase the items you would like in a new order. In the case where goods purchased in the same order are delivered in separate shipments, the return period starts from the dispatch date of the last shipment. Shipments must be returned with a RMA number issued by seasonslinen.com S.L .

Domestic Returns To seasonslinen.com S.L.

Items can only be returned or exchanged within 5 business days of direct purchase or 5 business days from the date of delivery. Please make sure the items are complete, unused, and unwashed in perfect condition — with attached labels and original packaging. Once we receive the items back, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.

  • Exchanges are managed on a case-by-case basis. Our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you to discuss further details.
  • Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 14-21 business days for the refund to process.

International Returns To seasonslinen.com U.S.

International returns of full-priced items are accepted within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All shipping and handling charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable. Returning shipping costs and duties & taxes will be deducted from the total refund amount or Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

For items eligible for return, please contact hello@seasonslinen.com or 1.865.999.8877 with your seasonslinen.com S.L. order number and indicate the returning item(s) to request a RMA number.

If the purchase is eligible for return, Customer Service will issue a RMA number and an approved return shipping label. *International returns must be shipped using the approved return shipping label.* International returns without a RMA number issued by seasonslinen.com U.S. or shipped using a shipping method other than the approved shipping label issued by seasonslinen.com S.L. will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. 

Please enclose the items in their original packaging with any hangtags attached, accompanied by the packing slip and RMA number. Write the RMA on the exterior of the returning package, seal the box securely, and affix the return shipping label.

All shipments without a RMA number issued by Seasonslinen.com S.L. will be refused at delivery and returned to sender.

Within 21 days of receiving your return product, credit will be returned to the original form of payment. Gift returns will also be credited to the original form of payment within 21 days of our receipt of your returned product.

RETAIL STORES RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Items purchased at S.L. Seasonslinen.com Retail Stores can be returned for exchange or merchandise credit to be used at U.S. Seasons Retail Stores only. Items must be returned unused in original packaging with hangtags attached within 30 days from the date of purchase or the date of shipment accompanied by the original packing slip.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. A one-time price adjustment can be made on any full-priced merchandise within 5 days of purchase. No adjustments can be made on already discounted items. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Gift returns accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip may be exchanged for a new item or a merchandise credit to S.L. Seasons  Retail Stores. Items without a gift receipt will be exchanged for in-store merchandise only at the current selling price. Items purchased at S.L. Seasons Retail Stores cannot be returned to any Seasons Outlet Stores or Seasonslinen.com, or non-S.L. Seasons Retail Stores. U.S. Frette Retail Stores cannot accept returns of any items purchased at or merchandise credit issued by any Seasons Outlet Stores, Seasonslinen.com, or non- S.L. Seasons Retail Stores.

All custom orders are final sale.

Returnable Items

For eligible products, you may return your purchased product(s) for a refund to your original method of payment or for store credit within 5 business days of direct purchase or 5 business days from the date of delivery. If your original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be issued. A Seasons-provided shipping label must be used for all returns shipped from the US, UK and Canada and all around the world.

All International sale returns are subject to a $9.95 fee, that return fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 14-21 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received. The return fee will be waived for all returns processed in any of our retail locations. We reserve the right to require a valid form of identification for in-store returns, subject to law.

NOTE: We do not exchange or accept returns on item under following categories:

  1. Discounted Items
  2. Clearance Items
  3. Custom orders

Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?

If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect* — e.g. wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, open seams, etc. — you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help! For your convenience, we can also arrange for a courier company to pick up the package from your home at no cost.

If an item is damaged or defective, please head to our site here and select the Quality Guarantee option. For incorrect items, please contact our customer support team at hello@seasonslinen.com. The return fee may be waived for damaged, defective or incorrect items, under certain circumstances.

NOTE: Discoloration and shrinkage are typically not considered a manufacturer’s defect.

“Seasons” seasonslinen.com reserves the right to refuse the return of goods transmitted and/or shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition. Seasons reserve the right to reduce your refund in order to compensate for any damage the items may have experienced during the process of return.
