ORDERING

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Order Payment Options

When placing an online order, only one credit or debit card may be used. If paying with a Luvander gift card, a credit or debit card may be used for any additional balance owed.

  • We are unable to accept cash, cash on delivery, checks, money orders, or orders received by mail or fax.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 2 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at support@3.138.245.71 with your inquiry.

You will then be prompted to enter your E-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an E-mail notification with a link to reset your password. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All  items will be processed in 1-3 business days, not including weekends, and public holidays. Time stated is based on US Standard Time for the international shipping

All items will be processed in 3-8 business days, not including weekends. After that, standard delivery time within the Domestic delivery is 3-6 days, and 10-21 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays these times may vary. 

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner

Please note that it may take several hours from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

Standard shipping charges may apply within the country. For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

In the unlikely event that a package arrives and a product from your order is missing, we will only send replacements for the missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered.

We apologize if you had received a defective item from us.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, we will only send replacements/offer a refund for the damaged or missing product if the customer contacts us via email within 14 days of the package being marked as delivered. Customer must include photos of the damaged product.

You may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” at to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at help@seasonslinen.com and we will assist you further.

Items shipped outside of the base country may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The Seasonslinen.com S.L 

The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our service to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
